Anna Trenshaw, class of 2016, Previous President"Delta Sigma Pi has taught me so much more than I ever thought it would. I have gained the confidence, skills, and business knowledge necessary to succeed in life post-graduation. The leadership experiences allowed me to learn so much in college - much more than in a classroom setting. I learned how to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, manage my time, and resolve conflict (among other things). I am grateful that this organization has also brought me close friendships that will last well beyond my college years. My favorite part about DSP is being able to still be involved as an alumni. I have served as District Director and I am now the Regional Vice President. These volunteer opportunities have allowed me to give back to the organization that has taught me so much. It's not for four years, it's for life!"

Delaney Carroll, class of 2018, Previous Vice President of Alumni Relations
"DSP gave me the tools necessary to feel confident walking into job interviews and starting my first full-time job out of college. From leadership opportunities to the experiences (having speakers at meetings, touring companies, and attending LEAD conferences) DSP gave me first-hand knowledge that helped prepare me for the business world. As amazing as all of the professional development was, the personal growth really makes DSP special. Being surrounded by people who want to excel in all that they do and who push you to do the same is truly incredible. I have met some of the most amazing people because of DSP and am forever grateful for the lifelong friendships I have made."

The fraternity challenges you to step outside your comfort zone and become a leader within the Grand Rapids community, while building your own professional network at the same time. This organization has not only given me the tools I need to succeed in the the workplace, but lifelong friends that I am proud to call my brothers!"

"As a transfer student coming into Grand Valley I was looking to join a student organization that would help me grow personally and professionally, expand my professional network, and create new friendships... Looking back I can honestly say being a member of Delta Sigma Pi helped enhance my college experience. I was able to learn and grow professionally from the events put on by the Fraternity and am forever grateful for the friendships and endless memories I made throughout my time in Delta Sigma Pi."

Brandon Nicholas, class of 2015"The pledging process was a great time! Not only did it teach me how professional business meetings are held in the real world, but I was also able to bond with the other pledges and start new friendships I would have never had if it wasn't for Delta Sigma Pi. It is a great way to transition into becoming a brother of the Fraternity. The events we planned were also fun as we were able to tour the Van Andel Arena and many other cool activities!"
