Professional
"We encourage growth for our members by working with the local Grand Rapids community and making connections in the Metro Detroit and Chicago areas. One of the goals of making these connections, is to help our brothers grow and learn form young professionals who were in a similar position... and to learn from more experienced business professionals who can provide us knowledge in our desired fields. We have had the pleasure of having local professionals from Amway, Steelcase, Herman Miller, and many more come in to talk about their professions, how they got to where they are, and career development. We have also been lucky to partner with the Detroit Pistons to visit the Little Caesar's Arena and with Groupon to visit their headquarters in Chicago." Lauren Harnack, Former VP of Professional Activities |

Community Service
"Delta Sigma Pi believes that the purpose of a business fraternity is strengthening our communities through service. We do this by volunteering in our local community and doing things that make a difference in the lives of the people around us! We have helped to rebuild our community though working with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. We have also supported families through Adopt a Family and volunteering at our local senior living center, among many other volunteer events, as we try to help the community in any way we are able to!" Danielle Czajkowski, Former VP of Community Service |

Fundraising
"Our main fundraising goals are to further professional development and support the Grand Rapids community. The funds we raise create an environment that allows brothers to grow professionally and invest in their future career... we have had the pleasure of partnering with the Grand Rapids Griffins and Meridian Health of Michigan. We look forward to partnering with more organizations in the future." Kira Osterdale, Former VP of Fundraising |

Social
"A strong network is one of the best resources young professionals can cultivate and use for success. Through hosting various creative and exciting activities, we give brothers an opportunity to build powerful relationships. One of the goals of the social pillar is to build a strong sense of brotherhood and camaraderie. It’s also important to have some fun sometimes! In the past we have hosted events such as cider mill visits, brewery tours, group dinners, winter formal, and activities with other Delta Sigma Pi chapters to allow brothers to make connections with their peers, other collegiate members, and alumni. We want to ensure that no matter where someone goes in life, that they will always have a brother to support them both personally and professionally." Izzy Kissick, Former Social Chair |

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to the values and mission of Delta Sigma Pi, fostering an environment where all members feel respected, valued, and empowered. By embracing diverse perspectives, the fraternity strengthens its capacity for innovation, collaboration, and growth. Equity ensures that all members have access to the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive, while inclusion cultivates a sense of belonging that unites members in achieving shared goals. Prioritizing DEI not only enriches the fraternity's culture but also prepares members to lead with integrity and adaptability in a global business landscape.
